1. The Application Requirements of Scholarship: ※Those with zero Chinese proficiency are eligible to apply. Priority will be given to those who pass HSK level 4 or above for admission;

1. Applicants under the age of 25 applying for the Bachelor’s Degree with scholarship must have the high school diploma with excellent grades.

2. Applicants under the age of 35 applying for the Master’s Degree with scholarship must have the Bachelor’s Degree with good grades.

   3. Applicants under the age of 40 applying for the Doctoral Degree must have Master’s Degree with excellent grades.

3. The Content of Scholarship

The content of the Heilongjiang Province Government Scholarship includes registration fees, tuition fees, experimental fees, internship fees, basic textbook fees, accommodation fees, and comprehensive insurance fees for students entering the professional learning stage. International travel and living expenses are self funded.

※ During the period of learning Chinese language before entering the major, the expenses need to be borne by oneself.
